Admission Arrangements
Ridgeway Education Trust (RET) is the admissions authority for al the schools within the Trust. The Trust and the school’s Governors work closely with Oxfordshire County Council and use the Council as their agent for the processing of applications for places.

Public Consultation on Admission Arrangements
Ridgeway Education Trust (RET) is consulting on the 2026-2027 admissions statements for Hagbourne CofE Primary School, Carterton Primary School and Stephen Freeman Primary School. The proposals included changes to the oversubscription criteria for each of these schools.
RET are also consulting on reducing the Published Admission Number (PAN) at Carterton Primary School from 45 to 30.
